1. Can I buy the car after my lease is
over?
That depends on the kind of lease arrangement you are working
with. Under a Novated lease, a Commercial Hire Purchase, or a
Chattel Lease, you have the option to purchase the vehicle. An
Operating Lease and a Flexilease do not ordinarily have that
option.
2. What's the minimum usage for my vehicle
to qualify for the "business purposes" tax rebate?
Due to recent FBT regulation changes, there is now NO MINIMUM
REQUIREMENT for a vehicle to qualify for the "business purposes"
tax rebate. That means your car can be for 100% private use.
3. How do I know which lease arrangement is
right for me?
It's important to select a car that suits both your needs and

4. Help! My fuel card has been lost or
stolen.

6. Help! I've lost my job!
Contact our Customer Service Director, Jeff Featherstone. He'll
help you with the transition of the lease. Luckily, Lease
Protection is written into our contracts, so unless you chose to
"opt out" of Lease Protection, you should have nothing to worry
about.
7. Help! I've broken down!
We pride ourselves on being able to match you with a quality
vehicle that won't leave you stranded by the side of the road.

8. What kinds of vehicles do you have
available?
You can choose ANY VEHICLE that meets the following two
requirements.
- The vehicle must carry passengers.
- The vehicle must not be more than 8 years old by the end of the
lease.
9. How do I extend my lease?
Don't worry! One of our consultants will contact you 3 months
before the end of your lease to discuss your options.
10. What costs are NOT covered by a Novated
Lease?
- Road tolls.
- Traffic infringements.
- Options and accessories fitted after lease commencement.
11. How can I reduce my payments?
The longer your lease, the lower the weekly or monthly
instalments. If your vehicle usage reduces, you can contact
us to reduce the allocations payable to the vehicle's running
costs.
12. How can I get out of my existing
lease?
Just notify us for an account payout, then simply make the
payment and let us know.
13. What happens once my lease is
terminated?
A reconciliation of the vehicle's running accounts will be
completed. Any surpluses will be refunded and any deficits billed.
This takes approximately 6 weeks.
14. What do I do when I need my car
serviced/new tyres etc?
Take it to the relevant service centre or local tyre supplier.
If you're driving a Holden, take it to a Holden service centre. If
you're driving a Ford, take it to a Ford service centre. If you're
driving a Bugatti, lucky you, but take it to the Bugatti service
centre.
Then simply tell them that your vehicle is a "Lease Plan
Maintained Vehicle", and they'll bill us.
15. Why do I have to tell you my odometer
readings?
One of the factors that determine the amount of FBT you pay is
the number of kilometres you travel in the FBT year, which runs
from 1 April to 31 March. To help us assist you make sure you
are on target to meet your nominated kilometres, you are required
to provide us with an odometer reading each quarter. We will
write to you prompting you to provide us with this data.
16. What is FBT?
Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT) is a tax on non-cash benefits provided
to you by your employer. A novated lease is a non-cash benefit and
is therefore subject to FBT. The amount of FBT payable, if
any, is determined by a number of factors. We will crunch the
numbers for you!
17. What is a B.A.S?
A BAS, is a Business Activity Statement. In short, it's a report
that you send to the Australian Tax Office about how much your
