Managing Director, Tony Gale, has held senior management positions at Goodyear, Dunlop and the National Australia Bank. In 2001, Tony started his own company, SupaNova Vehicle Leasing. Tony is a strong believer in the "flat" management structure and takes a hands-on approach to solving problems and overseeing the management of the business with his friendly and approachable style. Tony has over 30 years' experience in fleet leasing and management.

Rob Hatherall - Head of Account Management

Rob Hatherall has over 25 years of fleet leasing and management experience. After working in various management positions for Custom Fleet, Rob joined SupaNova in 2006. Rob and his team take care of all SupaNova's new and existing Operating Lease customers.

Chris Leonard - Commercial Manager

Chris Leonard has held senior management positions with AGC, Toyota, Nissan and JMJ fleet management. Chris draws on over 30 years' industry experience in the automotive finance and fleet management industry. Chris oversees the management of all leases and accounting functions, IT services, operations and risk management.

Jeff Featherston - National Sales Manager

Jeff Featherston has held management positions at Toyota, Custom Fleet and the National Australia Bank and has over 30 years' experience in the fleet leasing and management industry. Jeff is a specialist in Novated Leasing and manages all of SupaNova's Novated Lease Customers, delivering outstanding service and ongoing support from implementation through to completion.
