Reimbursements & Expense Claims
Download the expense claim form, attach your receipts, and email everything to accounts@supalease.com.au. Our team will review your claim and process the reimbursement directly into your account.

Insurance
If you’re involved in an accident, call Supalease on 1300 668 283 and we’ll walk you through the process. Please collect the other driver’s licence (front and back), mobile number, registration number, and photos of all damage — including your own vehicle.
To lodge an insurance claim, send the following to info@supalease.com.au:
• Photos of all damage
• A copy of your driver’s licence
• The completed insurance claim form
• Any third-party details (we recommend photos of their licence and number plate)

Note: If you are not covered under the Supalease Rent Sure policy, it is your responsibility to renew your insurance annually. Approval for claims is subject to sufficient funds in your lease account.

Registration
For novated lease drivers, the vehicle is registered to your address. Supalease will manage your annual registration renewal on your behalf — simply forward your renewal notice (received by email from the transport authority) to accounts@supalease.com.au.
If you don’t receive confirmation of payment before the due date, please contact us directly. Any fines resulting from an unrenewed registration will be the driver’s responsibility. For any payments made directly by the driver, use the expense claim form to request reimbursement.

Payroll Setup & Direct Debit
Once your lease is activated, we’ll notify your payroll department of the relevant salary packaging changes. You should see these reflected in your next payslip — please check to confirm everything looks correct.

Terminations & Change of Employment
If your employment situation is changing, there are several options available depending on your new employer’s arrangements. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can guide you through the right path.
1. New employer offers novated leasing
We can re-novate your lease to the new employer. Please provide a copy of your new letter of employment to get the transfer underway.
2. New employer uses a different salary packaging provider
Provide us with their details and we'll liaise directly to arrange the transfer. If the new provider cannot accommodate our service, we'll need to terminate your agreement. Please email us directly with your notice of termination.
3. New employer does not offer novated leasing
We'll terminate the management agreement and convert the arrangement to a direct finance lease between you and the financier. To terminate your agreement, please email us directly with your notice of termination.
4. Not moving to a new employer
We'll need to terminate management of your lease as per option 3 above. To terminate your agreement, please email us directly with your notice of termination.
5. Paying out the lease
Contact us and we'll arrange a current payout letter for you.

Please note: the termination process will cancel any fuel cards and remove the vehicle from our insurance policy (if applicable) as of the nominated date.

THE EXTRA MILE Additional Vehicle Services

Fines & Tolls
All fines and tolls incurred during the lease term are the driver's responsibility to manage and pay. Please ensure payments are made promptly to avoid additional charges.

Fuel Cards
Your fuel card has been ordered and will be mailed directly to you — please allow up to 28 business days for delivery. In the meantime, hold onto your fuel receipts and submit them for reimbursement using the Novated Lease Expense Claim form once your card arrives.

Scheduled Servicing

When your vehicle is due for a service, book it in with your local dealership and let the Service Manager know it is managed by SG Fleet. All servicing and maintenance must be authorised by SG Fleet before work commences.

Tyres & Batteries

When your vehicle needs replacement tyres or a battery, book it in with your nearest Bridgestone store. The Store Manager must call us on 1300 668 283 for authorisation before any work begins.
For emergency battery replacement, contact Battery World on 131 760 or Marshall Batteries on 136 130.

Roadside Assistance

While your vehicle is under manufacturer warranty, roadside assistance is provided by the manufacturer — refer to your vehicle manual for details. Outside of warranty, assistance is provided by SG Fleet. Call 1800 257 526 and have your registration number ready.
